Account Creation
When creating an account, the user provides their first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, postal address as well as their account credentials for chosen platforms (Instagram and/or TikTok), including username, password and recovery codes. If necessary, and strictly within the framework of the service, these credentials may be transmitted to specialized subcontractors, in compliance with strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
User Profile
Using our services allows the user to complete their profile, including phone and address.
Payment
For payment processing, financial data (such as IBAN or credit card information) may be collected and securely transmitted to our payment provider.
Audience and Interaction Data
As part of the service, we collect and analyze data related to interactions and audience of the Client's Instagram and TikTok accounts, including performance statistics, subscriber demographic data and engagement metrics. This data is used exclusively to optimize the service and establish performance reports.

Personal data is collected to ensure the provision, management and improvement of services on Instagram and TikTok, as well as a secure environment. More specifically, it may be used to:

###1.3 Retention Period

Instagram and TikTok account credentials are retained during the service period and may be retained beyond for technical, security or customer support purposes, unless expressly requested for deletion by the user.
Audience data and statistics may be retained in anonymized form for the purpose of improving our services.
###1.4 Sharing of Personal Data
Data may be shared with third parties in the following cases:

These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions from the European Commission or any other legally recognized mechanism to ensure an adequate level of protection.
The user is informed that TikTok, in particular, may involve data transfers to specific jurisdictions according to the platform's regulatory developments.
###1.6 Security and Confidentiality
Data is only processed by Follows or its authorized providers. Strict technical, organizational and physical measures are implemented to prevent any unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. The user is nevertheless informed that no transmission via the Internet is completely secure.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the user has the following rights:

However, the user acknowledges that no system is infallible and that Follows cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access, loss or misuse of data resulting from events beyond its control (cyberattacks, external failures, user negligence, etc.).

Follows reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, without notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:
